Jobs for the Future

Jobs for the Future (JFF) identifies, develops, and promotes new education and workforce strategies that help communities compete in our increasingly knowledge-based economy. In its role as the implementation partner for the National Fund for Workforce Solutions, JFF provides JOIN with a suite of research, technical assistance, and strategic guidance, including:

• An expert “coach” that provides strategic advice to JOIN based on national best practices.
• Access to the latest briefs, memos, national media and communications on workforce development.
• Peer learning in the form of three national meetings annually, monthly webinars, networking and affinity groups.
• Opportunities to participate in regional, state, and national policy advocacy and research activities.

In return, JOIN provides JFF with its local evaluation and data to use for its national study of best practices in workforce development.
