JOIN is a member of the Pennsylvania Fund for Workforce Solutions, a collaborative of Pennsylvania’s leading funders that provides advocacy and support for Industry Partnerships that are creating employment and advancement opportunities for lower-skilled adults.

PFWS provides a number of valuable services that strengthen JOIN’s work and mission, including:

• Collaborating with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry to modify Industry Partnership funding guidelines to strengthen the focus on entry-level workers.
• Co-investing and providing technical assistance to JOIN’s industry-led partnerships.
• Building a statewide network of businesses, foundations, and labor organizations to support the industry-led partnership model.
• Developing a statewide peer learning network for workforce funding collaboratives.
