Evaluation

Beginning in 2012, Branch Associates Incorporated was selected to conduct an evaluation of JOIN’s impact for workers, businesses and the regional economy. Founded in 1994, Branch Associates, Incorporated (BAI) is a minority- and female-owned Philadelphia-based company with wide-ranging experience providing research, evaluation, and technical assistance to government agencies, foundations, intermediaries and nonprofit organizations. Their focus areas include education, youth development, nonprofit capacity building, workforce development, public health, mentoring, and aging.
